After The Midday Meal

We thank Thee, O Christ our God, that Thou has filled us with Thine earthly goods; deprive us not also of Thy Heavenly Kingdom, but as Thou camest in the midst of Thy disciples, O Savior, and gavest them peace, come also amongst us and save us.

+ Glory to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit, both now and ever, and unto the ages of ages. Amen.

Lord, have mercy.  Lord, have mercy.  Lord, have mercy.

[If a priest is present, he saith the blessing after the meal]

+ Blessed is God Who hath mercy and nourisheth us from His abundant gifts, by His grace and love for man, always, now and ever, and unto the ages of ages. Amen.

[But if there be not priest, say]

+ Through the prayers of our holy Fathers, Lord Jesus Christ our God, have mercy on us. Amen.
